Position: Maintenance Technician

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or commercial repairs
Valid IICRC Certification (WRT preferred)
Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for reporting

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Ability to arrive at your dedicated site within 60 minutes of service calls
Ability to work on ladders and in confined spaces
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and kneel throughout the workday

Water Damage Restoration
Structural Drying
Mould Remediation
Fire & Smoke Restoration
General Carpentry
Drywall and Painting
Flooring Installation
Plumbing or Electrical experience
Asbestos awareness training
First Aid & CPR Certification
